In the dynamic environment impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, we are pleased to continue serving you under the following terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are specific to safari booking postponement/ cancellation within the COVID-19 pandemic period.
Bookings confirmed and secured with a deposit but affected by official COVID-19 related travel bans/ restrictions will be eligible for postponed travel arrangements within two years (24 months) of the original date at no extra cost.
Peaks and Safaris will hold credit to the value of the booking until the traveling party reconfirms the safari.
Confirmed Safari Booking Postponement
A confirmed safari booking postponement shall be governed by the following terms:
Changes to existing bookings must be communicated to Peaks and Safaris up to a minimum of fifteen (15) days before the safari starting date.
Bookings shall be rebooked for a similar season/ period of year previously booked, for example, High, Low & Peak seasons.
In the case of season/ period rebooking variation, the price difference between the respective seasons shall be recalculated for increase or reduction.
In cases of safari rebooking, accommodation shall be provided in the originally confirmed accommodations or a superior version.
Confirmed Safari Booking Cancellation & Refunds
Due to the global magnitude of the COVID-19 pandemic, our guest refunds (specific to the COVID-19 cases) shall be done within 150 days upon receipt of a written safari cancellation request.
These terms and conditions can be reviewed as with market changes and as the COVID19 situation unfolds.
